The 2023 Grammy nominations are here. The most coveted music awards gala announced their noms for next year that saw a lot of the culture representing. Beyonce, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, DJ Khaled and even Pusha T were just a few to name.
Queen B that she is, was nominated for a smashing nine Grammy’s for her latest project, “Break My Soul.” The latest nominations tied her track record with husband Jay-Z for 79 nominations. Hubby Hov holds the record for most Grammy nominations at 83. Brooklyn’s favorite son was also nominated for a Grammy on Beyonce’s album as well DJ Khaled’s “God Did” album.
Kendrick Lamar was nominated for eight Grammy’s for his album “Mr Morale and the Big Steppers” for Album of The Year making him the first rapper to be nominated for four consecutive album releases.
R&B queen Mary J Blige was nominated for six Grammys for her album Good Morning Gorgeous while DJ Khaled and Future snagged six Grammy’s a piece for their respective projects.
Highly praised lyricist Pusha T was nominated Best Rap Album for his opus It’s Almost Dry. King Push expressed his excitement putting him in elite company. “To be Grammy nominated hits a little different when you are unapologetically you,” alongside a photo of Jay-Z, Diddy, Big Pun and more.
“We don’t beg anyone. We walk and talk the same regardless of the company or room we are walking in… Some of the people in this post are Grammy winners, some not. The one thing we all have in common is that we are the realest version of ourselves and we made you love it.”

The 6rth annual Grammy Awards will air February 5th 2023 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
